Sachin stepped in as interim technical lead through a revived heritage travel brand's relaunch, bridging marketing, sales, finance, and the tech vendors. We evaluated 7+ booking and CRM platforms, hired and coordinated contractors, and moved the 40-person sales team onto a new CRM they actually use.
